AirGreen
AirGreen has designed and manufactures a patented air conditioning and dehumidification system designed to provide superior comfort at substantial lower operating costs than mechanical refrigerant/hydronic systems. AirGreen uses a closed-loop multi-stage liquid desiccant system to chemically strip the moisture (humidity) from the air while also cooling it. When compared to mechanical refrigerant/hydronic systems that overcool and reheat to control humidity, the AirGreen technology can save up to 60% of energy consumption. Finally, the liquid desiccant cooling system also scrubs the air of pollutants, pathogens, and microbes, improving air quality and reducing the chance of mold formation.
