The Lucky Leaf Expo Team is actively monitoring updates from the World Health Organization and the CDC to ensure the proper safety precautions are in place for a successful and safe event. We will continue to remain in contact with the proper authorities and organizations to ensure that we maintain an educated perspective when making event-related decisions.
As always, our top priority is to keep all of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and vendors safe at our shows. In the interest of this, we have already adjusted the dates of the Dallas, Houston, Austin, Albuquerque, and Oklahoma City events.
Additionally, we will be taking the following precautionary measures at each expo:
- Encouraging social distancing measures and use of PPE like masks, gloves, etc.
- Providing additional sanitation stations
- Ensuring event staff follow hygienic protocol
- Frequent cleaning and disinfection of surfaces
Our team is committed to the highest standard of safety at our events. Please adhere to the relevant public health authorities at the local, state, and national level about matters related to COVID-19, and use this knowledge to inform your decisions.
