Seed to Strategy: How to Get the Sale?
Sales is one of the driving factors in not only going into business, but staying in business. Whether your passions are in agriculture, cultivation, manufacturing, distributing, products, and or retail– you will need to figure out your go to market strategy and ultimately how to get the sale. In this talk I will share insights I’ve developed from running a leading nationally recognized cannabis brand, as well as tips I’ve learned from interviewing successful cannabis brands and businesses.
