Kentucky has implemented new rules regarding hemp retailers, manufacturers, and distributors. They have implemented fees for each of these categories. Dee Dee Taylor

Dee Dee Taylor is the newly appointed President of the Kentucky Hemp Association, but not new to hemp. In 2014, her husband was one of the first licensed processors approved in KY. She took on the role of hemp educator and started selling her husbands products in 2016, before the industry boom. She opened her first brick and mortar store, 502 Hemp, in 2018 and has been educating and providing quality products since. Dee Dee was very active in the 2021/2022 legislation to keep Delta 8 legal.
