William Whatley
William Whatley is a data engineer and the visionary software creator of Hempliance and other published technologies. He has spoken on the Texas House Committees on hemp, events with Senate Perry and other hemp related conferences. He led an executive team and built large databases which comprise most of the electrical grid across the United States. As A navy veteran, he served in HS-2, a search and rescue squadron deployed to the U.S.S. Nimitz.
