Teresa Kearney is the VP of Sales for Panacea Payroll. Panacea is solely focused on providing Payroll, HR and Timekeeping systems to the cannabis industry. Teresa earned a B.S. in Education at Indiana Univ. of PA and completed graduate study in Psychology at Texas A&M University. While residing in multiple states in the US, she has worked in a variety of fields. Teresa had been in payroll for 8 years before applying her extensive skill set to the growing cannabis industry for the past 4+ years.

Johnathan is the Director or Strategy for Hybrid Marketing Co, a cannabis-specialized agency whose clients include an impressive roster of companies across the US and Canada. He established himself as a marketing leader in the Canadian market, working with industry heavyweights like Aurora, Canopy, and Tilray. Johnathan prides himself on finding creative solutions to the marketing and advertising restrictions faced by the cannabis industry.

Seth Gardenswartz has spent the past 20 years at the intersection of marketing, technology, and the law. He started is career in a large firm in Denver colorado before going in-house as a Chief Business Development officer and general counsel for a tech startup. In 2014 Seth and Candice Owens cofounded Blackgarden Law as a boutique business law firm. Seth is a frequent speaker at tech, entertainment, craft beverage, and cannabis events and represents clients all over the country.

Ms. Adams is a motivational speaker. She sits on the Advisory Board of The Color of Cannabis (TCC) 2020-2021 and is the Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEIC) of the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) 2020-2021, she is a Board Member of Gratitude Blossom CBD (San Diego), Advisory Board Member of Calyxeum Cultivation (MI) and Board Member of CannaCan (Ohio). Khadijah is the founder of Khadijah Adams, LLC dba “Girl, Get That Money” business empowerment and coaching movement. Her goal is to empower women in business by providing them with the resources and tools needed to help them become successful. She is the author of “Rewriting Your Mental Script – 8 Mindsets That Defeat Self Sabotage” published by Sisterhood Publishing and released on February 1, 2021.
