Her practice is a physician and woman-owned practice that works with a diverse population of more than 8,000 patients across 11 states, gaining first-hand knowledge of the clinical benefits of medical marijuana! With more than 30 years medical experience, Dr. Gabrielle Morris possesses a BS in Chemistry from West Virginia University and Doctorate of Medicine from Marshall University. She is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Her career spans a myriad of specialties including Neurological Surgery, Trauma, Complex Orthopedic Spinal Surgery, and Emergency Medicine.

Teresa Kearney is the VP of Sales for Panacea Payroll. Panacea is solely focused on providing Payroll, HR and Timekeeping systems to the cannabis industry. Teresa earned a B.S. in Education at Indiana Univ. of PA and completed graduate study in Psychology at Texas A&M University. While residing in multiple states in the US, she has worked in a variety of fields. Teresa had been in payroll for 8 years before applying her extensive skill set to the growing cannabis industry for the past 4+ years.

Ms. Mitchell is a partner with HAT Law Firm where she heads up the firm’s Cannabis Practice. Ms. Mitchell, by trade a healthcare attorney, brings her wealth of knowledge, contacts, and years of experience working with healthcare providers and state regulators to the medical cannabis industry.

Traci Black is the Vice President of Operations at DIZPOT. Before entering the cannabis industry, she was heavily involved in business development and management for 25 years. By working one-on-one with companies in their infancy, Traci has led organizations through phases in which they might not have otherwise flourished. Traci has generated the highest volume of new accounts company-wide at a former company and was recognized with a Top Salesperson of the Nation Award.

Traci started her own business and worked from home before eventually working at a large MSO Dispensary for 4 years. She helped grow their operations rapidly: quickly increasing their stores from 2 to 13.
