Aly Piscatelli has been working in the regulated cannabis industry for 11 years with a focus on regulatory compliance and its application in the workplace. In 2014, Colorado was the first state using METRC for seed to sale tracking and Aly opened the 15th recreational cannabis store in Colorado and the nation. Today, Aly Piscatelli, owner and founder of Budding Operations, is an active member of both the METRC and regulatory framework working groups in Colorado, working directly with other leaders in the industry. She has spoken at multiple national conferences about the implementation compliance into the workflow of licensed facilities. Her company provides on-site auditing, training, and SOP development in CO, CA, MA, OK, DC, NM, IL, and MO, based on state specific regulations, her own experiences, and the ever-changing regulatory environment. She is Certified in Planning & Inventory Management through APICS, a globally recognized program for supply chain management, bringing widely known inventory control techniques to her clients.
Will Blauvelt

Will Blauvelt is a Director of Government Relations at Stinson LLP. Prior to joining Stinson, Will was a member of Leadership Staff at the Minnesota House of Representatives, working for then Majority Leader Ryan Winkler. Will worked extensively on the issue of legalizing adult-use cannabis, including both HF600 and hemp-derived edibles legislation that became law in 2022. In 2023, Will was a member of the lobbying team that passed HF100, legalizing adult-use cannabis in Minnesota.
