      Karen’s Crusade for Cannabis, TEAM CENTEX and Healing

      Karen’s journey with Cannabis spanning five decades. Karen hopes to empower and encourage others to get involved in the legislative process by sharing her truth and motivations on why she became a Texas Cannabis Advocate. She has actively participated in six Texas Legislative Sessions. She became an Advocate for Reform in 2013.

      Karen Reeves started her journey in Texas Cannabis Advocacy in 2013. She formed the CenTex Community Outreach in hopes of empowering others to get more involved by sharing her truth. Karen is also a disgruntled Texas Compassionate Use Program patient. She has been using Cannabis to manage chronic pain, heart disease, depression and anxiety. She believes No one belongs in jail for a plant. She wants to remind you, the power of the people is stronger than those people in people.
