      It is vital we work to modernize federal policy around cannabis and thoughtfully enact changes that protect businesses, consumers, and the public. We have the opportunity to bring commonsense solutions to this important and complex issue. Congresswoman Horn supports federal rescheduling of cannabis and was a co-sponsor of the Safe Banking Act while serving in Congress.

      Kendra Horn is a fifth-generation Oklahoman, and the first Democratic woman ever elected to represent Oklahoma in Congress. She was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 2018 to represent Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District. She is a strong advocate for the Oklahoma cannabis industry and currently the Democratic nominee for the United States Senate.
