We have the opportunity to bring commonsense solutions to this important and complex issue.       Kendra Horn is a fifth-generation Oklahoman, and the first Democratic woman ever elected to represent Oklahoma in Congress. She was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 2018 to represent Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District. She is a strong advocate for the Oklahoma cannabis industry and currently the Democratic nominee for the United States Senate.
