The presentation will provide an overview of New York’s complex regulatory
framework for adult-use cannabis legalization as well as the dichotomy of ongoing Federal illegality and prohibition. The presentation will discuss strategies (and the
many challenges) for optimally approaching the New York market to build a cannabis business in
light of the unique statutory and regulatory environment that New York has spent the past two years
crafting.
