      Gaining entry and maintaining a foothold in the cannabis industry can be tough. I can help guide you in the right direction. Being a women of color has given me some insight on how to manage and use the tools from previous jobs to help be a great manager and buyer. Using my background in business administration has proven to be my key to success and provided me with the tools to keep up with the current climate of the industry and ever changing cannabis laws.

      Laniakea Evans has worked in the cannabis space for over 15 years. She is currently the General Manager of 365 Recreational Cannabis in Santa Rosa, California. Laniakea started her career in the legacy market as a trimmer and has gone on to manage farms, distribution facilities, and dispensaries throughout Northern California. Her passion is education and making cannabis more accessible to her community.
