      Reginald Stanfield is the co-founder and CEO of JustinCredible Cultivation, the East coast’s first non-equity standalone Black-, woman- and veteran- owned cultivation facility. Through his leadership, JustinCredible strives to cultivate strong, diverse genetics and promote the whole plant with focus on terpenes and cannabinoids. He is also an Executive Board Member of The Block, a chamber of commerce specifically focused on the development of minority owned cannabis businesses in Massachusetts.
