He founded Terra Vera with the goal of replacing the toxic chemistries commonly used in agriculture that are damaging the environment and linked to public health issues, including cancer and the early onset of Alzheimer’s. Previously, he started, scaled, and sold MIOX Corp, a company focused on making any water safe for consumption.

Kathryn combines her passion for sustainable development and her experience in strategy and M&A in her role as SVP of Business Operations. She co-founded Terra Vera not only to create a sustainable food system for society, but also to reverse the impact of agriculture on the planet for her children’s future. Prior to joining Terra Vera, Kathryn was one of the first employees of iAnthus, a multi-state operator of licensed cannabis facilities throughout the United States.
