      Working with Marijuana: You got your card, now what?

      In this session, Ms. Mitchell will talk about your legal rights as it pertains to you as an Employer, Employee, Patient and Healthcare Provider. What are your rights as an employer? What are rights as an employee? What are your rights as a patient? What are your rights and responsibilities as a health care provider? How do we deal with marijuana in the workplace. It will also provide some insight into the patient and healthcare provider relationship and responsibilities with regard to medical marijuana and answer needed questions; i.e., can I use my medical marijuana in a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, etc.? What if I work at a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, etc.?
