Alexandra Ruby

Alexandra Ruby is the Founder and CEO of Happy Gnome HR, originating from Minneapolis, MN she made her way to Denver, CO in 2010 and soon after found herself immersed in what was considered the first legal cannabis market in the country. Throughout the last 10 years in cannabis she has truly found her purpose empowering both employees and employers in pursuing more structured business operations and seeks to set a new bar for HR practices in the industry. She was recently featured on the cover of Sensi Magazine which discusses her unique approach to HR and human capital management and has plans for national expansion over the next couple of years. Her motto is Happy People = Happy Profits, she loves advocating for medical patients and her favorite way to consume is low dose gummies and the occasional joint.
