Berekk Blackwell
Berekk Blackwell is the Chief Operating Officer of Zoned Properties, a strategic real estate development firm whose primary mission is to provide real estate and sustainability services for the regulated cannabis industry. Mr. Blackwell brings with him an abundance of experience in the expansion of retail brands both domestically and internationally.
Previously, Berekk spent time in developing domestic and international markets for Kahala Brands, a conglomerate of over fifteen QSR franchises including Cold Stone Creamery and Blimpie Subs. Since coming back to the United States, Blackwell was involved in the acquisition and development of Daily Jam, a limited service breakfast and brunch chain with major growth potential. As President of Daily Jam, he received recognition from the industry by being named to QSR Magazine’s Top 40 Concepts in the Country Under 40 units.
