Brent Doherty

Brent Doherty has been with Metrc since 2018 and has served as Director of Customer Success since April 2023. Before stepping into this role, Brent successfully led six Metrc system implementations across regulated markets, gaining extensive experience in supporting licensees and ensuring seamless adoption of Metrc’s technology. His expertise includes working closely with licensees to navigate compliance requirements, streamline inventory management, and optimize system configurations while also addressing industry feedback to enhance Metrc’s functionality. Brent applies his deep understanding of licensee needs to drive smoother system adoption, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that businesses can effectively meet compliance standards while leveraging Metrc’s technology to scale and succeed.
