Jen Reise

Jen Randolph Reise is a transactional business attorney and entrepreneur. She leads the Business and Cannabis Law groups at North Star Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she advises business owners on formation, equity arrangements, regulatory compliance, and other corporate issues. After Minnesota’s legalization of adult-use cannabis in May 2023, she represents a quickly-increasing number of entrepreneurs looking to launch or pivot into hemp and cannabis in compliance with the changing laws.
