Joe Madigan was named CEO of Nelson in 2018 and CEO of Higher Growth Search in April 2019. Prior to leading both organizations, Joe held roles for 10 years ranging from manager to senior vice president at Nelson Connects. His rapid ascension to CEO reflects his enduring ability to position Nelson Connects as a highly respected, strategic recruiting and staffing partner to companies throughout California and the nation.
