Jonathon Duffy

Jeff oversees mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private securities offerings, along with real estate deals and title issues. He has a strong hospitality focus, representing restaurants, bars, and breweries. Since cannabis legalization in Minnesota, he has become a leader in the cannabis sector. At Husch Blackwell, he heads the Alcohol Beverage practice, handling deals of all sizes and advising with clients’ long-term goals in mind. Jonathon focuses his practice on product liability and employment law, defending clients against chemical exposure and mold allegations, including representing a military housing provider. He manages disputes over employee termination after FMLA leave and advises on compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
