Matthew Clark has been working in the legal cannabis industry since 2015 where he has managed all aspects of cannabis operations from seed to sale. In 2018 he founded Think Happy Consulting because he saw a need for practical resources in workplace safety and compliance for the cannabis industry. Matthew has used his experience to develop custom manuals, safety plans, and training for customers across the country.
