Matthew Shaffer started his career in the credit card processing industry in 2006. After 5 years of learning the industry and managing a sales team, he started his own company in 2011. His business model was to offer the best pricing while maintaining the best service possible. Matthew’s philosophy has given him a 99% retention rate, leading his company Next Level Merchant and his clients to continually grow year after year. Matthew specializes in merchants ranging from high end Jewelers and large corporations to small family-owned businesses.
