Mitch Chargo has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, business transactions, and legalized cannabis matters. At Hinshaw, Mitch currently represents clients in adult-use cannabis and hemp-derived markets. He is the former General Counsel of a Minnesota-based medical cannabis manufacturer where he provided legal, regulatory, corporate, and employment advice, and addressed municipal and zoning issues incident to opening dispensaries.
