Patrick Dunegan

I am the founding director of the Kentucky Cannabis Freedom Coalition and a proud Kentucky Colonel. In 2018, he was awarded the Rare Impact Award and represented Kentucky in Washington, D.C. I was also appointed as the chair of the Kentucky Rare Disease Advisory Council by Governor Matt Bevin. For the past decade, I have been a tireless advocate for cannabis legalization in Kentucky. .
