He is also Chef & Owner of world-renowned Bubby’s in New York City, a highly successful brunch and dinner destination that boasts a flagship location in Tribeca as well as six restaurants in Japan. Drawing a parallel between culinary techniques and the nature of the cannabis plant, he got to work developing what would eventually become AZUCA TiME INFUSION™ which makes edibles predictable and controllable.
