Shanon Jaramillo

Shanon Jaramillo is the Founder & CEO of SeedCrest, LLC in Albuquerque, NM. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, in Chicago, Illinois. As a community leader, Shanon started the grassroots movement of creating a more professional, and responsible cannabis establishment training system as well as industry specific college programs for Medical and Adult Use Industries in New Mexico. With the goal of bridging several gaps in state, educational and business systems for the workforce, in 2018, Shanon created the 5 STAR ALUMNI STANDARD, a program through SeedCrest that continues to empower professionals and industry organizations to successfully start-up in the cannabis market place. She is the recipient of the 2020 Women in Business Development Award in New Mexico for her leadership in mentoring future New Mexico leaders, and participated in Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham’s Working Group for Legalization in 2019. Her most recent honor has been in working with Central New Mexico College’s Ingenuity Program to license the SeedCrest Cannabis Establishment Tech Certificate program to their students. Shanon has coached and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs and workforce every year since her start in cannabis in 2017 and has helped many new businesses to prepare and to become licensed under the Cannabis Regulation Act, in New Mexico.
