Tanner Johnson is the co-founder and CEO of Pure Shenandoah, a family-owned, vertically integrated hemp company based in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. A Harrisonburg native and JMU graduate, Tanner left a career in automotive finance to launch the business with his siblings in 2018. Today, Pure produces over 100 high-quality hemp skus across 30 brands utilizing cultivation, processing, and retail.
