Yolanda Clarke is a senior associate attorney in Vicente LLP’s Denver office, where she focuses on national licensing projects and regulatory compliance. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2016, she has led and assisted with both competitive and non-competitive licensing projects across the U.S. in Alabama, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, as well as internationally in Canada. With over 100 licenses obtained for her clients, Yolanda is highly proficient in all aspects of the licensing process.
