Ryan Hurley

Ryan Hurley serves as General Counsel at Copperstate Farms, one of the largest permitted cannabis growers in the U.S. He has over a decade of experience in the cannabis industry with a background in land use and zoning law, environmental and water issues, renewable energy and a wide variety of regulatory compliance and administrative law issues. 

John Hartsell

John “Harts” Hartsell is the co-founder and CEO of DIZPOT, a leading-edge global cannabis packaging company. Armed with international expertise and a sharp sense of humor, Hartsell is a lifelong entrepreneur with a marketing background who has worked with some of the world’s largest brands such as YUM! Brands, Walmart, and Harkins Theaters. After creating and building several successful companies, Hartsell co-founded DIZPOT in 2017, which has since grown into one of the largest cannabis packaging firms in the country.
